Pollensa finca for sale
A couple of days ago I highlighted a property for sale in Pollensa (see also Pollensa finca for sale)which has just had it’s priced slashed to an incredible 715,000€ (yes regular readers will think I have hit the bottle as I am generally a down beat very pragmatic sought of chap!!)
Is that cheap? Well 715,000€ is of course a lot of money but when you look at the size and characteristics of the property and it’s 2 independent houses then not only are we talking about 2,465€ per m2, which is barely above the average for Mallorca including very normal properties in very normal locations, but also a property with 2 fully independent units ideal for letting (2 pools, 2 separate entrances / driveways etc). If I had to put my neck on the block I would put a conservative valuation of 1,000,000€, a full 30% higher, and I have no doubt that many local agents would argue more. I prefer to be conservative.
